This is a challenging but highly rewarding role, in which you identify and help customers experiencing financial difficulty. You will need to show empathy whilst being able to ask appropriate questions to help understand their circumstances. Could this be the role for you?
The purpose of the role is to efficiently and effectively recover any monies due on consumer accounts by establishing the best outcome for the customer and the company. This will involve both verbal and written communication with customers / authorised third parties on all aspects relating to collections and recoveries activities on their unsecured loans.
Grade C or above GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 9.00pm (one hour for lunch). Additional weekend hours are required for this role. They consist of one Saturday a month, 8.00am to 5.00pm (one hour for lunch).
Relevant training will be provided.
