We’re looking for an Application Support Analyst to provide a comprehensive and ‘best practice’ IT service regarding systems support issues, projects and practical application. Reporting directly into the IT Manager you will provide customer-facing support within our Data Centre. If you have the knowledge and experience the position requires, then we want to hear from you.
You will be joining an existing team of Application Support Analysts providing support with lease administration and workflow applications. This will involve having responsibility for implementing changes requested by clients, providing an application support implementation and process improvements service to Paragon Bank clients, staff and the management team.
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm (one hour for lunch).
Relevant training will be provided.
