Do you have excellent administrative, communication and organisational skills? Our Car Finance Business Support Team are looking for someone with customer service experience who will adopt a methodical approach to work ensuring accuracy at all times. Are you this person?
As part of the new lending department, you will process all new car finance completion cases through to release funds and payment of commissions. In addition, the role includes new introducer approval and set up, demonstrating excellent standards of customer service and commitment to providing regular communication to our business introducers.
Grade C or above GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics. Previous experience in a customer service and administrative environment essential.
37.5 hours per week on a two week rota, week one Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm (one hour for lunch), week two 10.30am to 7.00pm (one hour for lunch).
In addition to normal working hours, you may be required to work one in every six Saturdays, 10.00am to 5.00pm.
Relevant training will be provided.
